BERMUDA SALAD BOWL 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1/2 purple onion
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
2/3 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 head lettuce

Separate cauliflower and slice thinly slice onion into separate rings. Marinate onion, cauliflower and olives in dressing 30 minutes. Just before serving add lettuce and cheese in bite size pieces. Toss lightly.
