CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 c. chicken
1 c. onions, chopped
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing or 2 1/2 c. stuffing mix
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream soup (chicken, mushroom or celery)
2 sticks butter, melted

Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Place 1/2 of mix in 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Cook vegetables for about 5 minutes (boil in water). Mix sour cream and creamed soup, then add cooked cut up chicken and drained vegetables. Pour mixture on top of stuffing mix in pan and top with remaining stuffing mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Optional sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top before baking.
