CHICKEN GOURMET 
1/2 chicken or legs
1 (1 lb.) pkg. mixed vegetables
Few sticks celery
1 green pepper
1 c. elbows
4 tbsp. Cheez Whiz
1 tsp. salt
4 c. water

Put the chicken to boil in the hot water (4 cups) for 30 minutes. Then add the vegetables and elbows. Leave for 35 minutes until done. Add the Cheez Whiz.
