BROCCOLI CASSEROLE SUPREME 
3/4 c. sour cream
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimientos
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well and place in large oiled casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
