CORN-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
4 eggs
1 tall can cream style corn
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Beat eggs well. Add all other ingredients, except cracker crumbs. Mix well and pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
