WHOLE WHEAT BISCUITS 
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 c. soy flour
3 tsp. low sodium baking powder
1/3 c. unrefined oil
1 c. milk (or water)
1 egg, beaten

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in blended liquid ingredients. Add flour or water as needed to make soft dough. Knead 10 to 12 minutes. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut and place on oiled cookie sheet. bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Serves 6.
