WHOLE WHEAT BISCUITS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. yogurt

Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Make a well in center of mixture; pour in milk and yogurt. Mix gently with fork; knead 30 seconds. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased and lightly floured cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
