OVEN BREAKFAST | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage (browned and drained) 2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced 8 eggs 3 1/2 c. milk 10 slices of bread Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Break bread up into pieces and place in bottom of dish. Layer sausage over bread, put cheese pieces on top of sausage. Beat 8 eggs; add 3 1/2 cups milk to eggs. Pour mixture over sausage, cheese and bread, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
