CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, deboned (or 3 c. turkey)
2 cans chicken broth (or broth from chicken, about 21 oz.)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 box long grain wild rice with seasoning packet
3 reg. cans French style green beans, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together and place in baking dish. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir lightly. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
