BUDGET BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 egg

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in hot oil until brown on all sides.

1 pkg. egg noodles

Cook noodles as directed on package.

1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 can water

Mix well.

Place a layer of noodles on bottom of 2 quart casserole or 13 x 9 inch pan. Place a layer of noodles, then meatballs pour soup over meatballs. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with a salad and French bread.
