HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onions
1 lb. ground chuck
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 lb. mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Saute onions in hot butter until golden. Stir in meat, garlic, flour, salt and pepper, paprika, and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice, noodles, mashed potatoes, or toasted bread cubes.
