10 MINUTE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round or chuck steak
2 tbsp. flour
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. catsup
1 c. sour cream
1 bay leaf

Cut meat into strips and coat with flour. Brown in pan, using about 2 tablespoons oil. Add water and soup mix. Stir in catsup, sour cream and bay leaf. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
