BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 lb. ground chuck steak or sliced steak
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (or 1 can mushrooms packed in water)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. sour cream
Snipped parsley, chives or fresh dill

In hot skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in chuck steak, garlic, flour, salt and pepper, paprika and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley, chives or dill. Serve over steamed rice or egg noodles. Serves 4.
