BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. stew beef or chuck
2 lg. cans Franco American beef gravy
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
8 to 16 oz. sour cream

Cut beef into cubes. Add all ingredients to crockpot or stock pot for top of stove except sour cream. Simmer until beef is tender. Add sour cream to mixture 30 minutes before serving. Serve with egg noodles.
