3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. diced raw rhubarb
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt

Cook all ingredients in heavy saucepan, stirring constantly until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and brown.
