CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (do not use any soft spread or Country Crock sticks, Cost Cutter works great)
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 lg. marshmallows
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Cook sugar, butter, milk and marshmallows together over low heat, bring to boil, stirring constantly. BOIL 3 MINUTES. Remove from heat. Add 12 ounces chocolate chips, vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired. Pour into a buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares. May also make Peanut Butter Fudge by using a 12 ounce package of peanut butter chips in place of chocolate chips.
