1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine all ingredients. Blend with wire whip. Bake in waffle iron. Makes 6 waffles.
