1 c. pecans (broken or whole)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar (white)
3 eggs
2 tbsp. corn meal
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter and corn meal. Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients together and pour into uncooked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
