CANDIED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pecans

Beat egg white and water with fork until frothy. Add sugar, salt and cinnamon. Coat nuts. Place on cookie sheet, stir every 15 minutes for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
