OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. Old Wessex Oat Bran (uncooked)
1/4 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat 12 medium muffin cups with vegetable oil. Combine all dry ingredients, mix well. Blend liquids together, stirring slowly. Add to dry ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.

Fill into prepared muffin cups until almost full. Bake approximately 10-12 minutes until golden brown, and serve.
