1/2 lb. pork, ground coarsely
1/2 lb. veal, ground coarsely
1 c. broken crackers
1 c. boiling water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water

Mix pork, veal, crackers and boiling water and let stand for 1 hour. Mold into patteis and brown in butter. Place in shallow pan and cover with soup diluted with water. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
