BREADED POTATO SLICES 
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 c. sliced raw potatoes, cut thin about 20 (1/3 inch) thick slices
Cracker crumbs
Oil for frying

Combine egg, milk, salt in a small bowl. Whip. Dip the raw potatoes slices in cracker crumbs, then in egg mixture, then in cracker crumbs again. To coat well. In frying pan, heat oil to 350 degrees. Gradually add potato slices to oil, about 4 or 5 slices at a time. Fry until a delicate brown. Drain on paper towel. Serves 4.
