CHEESE AND NUT BREAD SLICES 
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. shredded Cottage cheese, (about 4 oz.)
1 env. Lipton vegetable soup mix
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 loaf sliced bread

With food processor or electric mixer, combine cream cheese with butter until smooth. Add Cheddar cheese, soup mix, and walnuts. Process until blended. Trim off crust. Spread mixture on bread. Garnish center with a slice of pimiento olive.
