CHICKEN COBBLER 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. chicken broth
1 can corn (drained) or fresh
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
Chopped onion and celery, if desired

Mix chicken, rice, corn, onion, celery, and broth. Put butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole in 350 degree oven to melt. While melting butter, mix remaining ingredients to form a batter. Pour batter into casserole dish. Spoon chicken mixture into center of casserole. Batter will spread around chicken when baked.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Tastes like chicken corn soup with a sweet batter.
