CHUNK JUNK CHILI COBBLER 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. can chopped tomatoes in puree
2 cans kidney beans
1 1/2 c. fresh corn
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Red pepper flakes to taste

Saute turkey with garlic salt, onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Add to other ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil, then cook on low heat 30minutes. Pour into large casserole.

CORN BREAD CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten

Mix, then spoon over chili. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes.
