MANWICH STEAK 
Pound steak, 7 pieces
1 can Manwich
1 can water
Salt & pepper
Flour

Cut steak into pieces. Put on wax paper and very lightly salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour and pound the steak on both sides. Put a little shortening into a large skillet. Brown steak on both sides. Drain off liquid and pour the Manwich and 1 can water over the steak. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 55 minutes or until steak is tender. You will have tomato gravy left after it is done. 5 servings.
