PEAR HONEY 
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 qts. home canned pears
Juice of 1 lemon
Sugar

Boil pear juice until thick. Put through food mill and add pineapple and juice of lemon. To each cup of fruit use 3/4 cup sugar. Cook until thick. Can use 1/2 bottle of Certo with pears.
