PEAR HONEY 
2 1/2 lbs. pears
1 lemon
1 orange
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
5 1/2 c. sugar

Grind lemon, orange and pears. Add sugar and pineapple. Bring to a boil and cook for 45 minutes. Seal in sterilized jars.
