EGG ROLLS 
1 pkg. won ton skins
1/2 lb. shrimp
1 c. cooked ground beef or pork
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. peanut butter
shredded cabbage

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) apricot preserves
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar

Cook ground meat and drain off grease. Combine in bowl cooked shrimp, water chestnuts and the rest of the ingredients. Use as much cabbage as you like. Roll in won ton skins and deep fry until brown.

Sauce: heat together in sauce pan until sugar is melted.
