EGG ROLLS 
Wrapper (found in dairy case)
1 c. cooked pork beef, chicken or shrimp
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. diced water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped bamboo shoots
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1/4 c. scallions, diced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 or 2 eggs, beaten

Combine ingredients. Mix well. With teaspoon fill wrappers laid at an angle. Seal with egg on 3 sides. Roll like a burrito. Let stand on wax paper for 30 to 60 minutes. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Fry 2 at a time until all sides are golden, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper. Serve warm. May be frozen.
