EGG ROLLS 
1 pkg. eggroll wrappers
1 lb. ground pork
1 sm. onion
2 stalks celery
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 (15 oz.) can bean sprouts
Soy sauce to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork, celery and onions. Drain off fat. Add bean sprouts and seasonings. Melt peanut butter in microwave (approximately 45 seconds). Stir in meat in vegetable mixture. Put 1/3 cup mixture on each wrapper. Wrap envelope style. Secure edges with dab of water. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with sweet & sour sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
