EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 head cabbage, finely sliced
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Soy sauce to taste

Fry sausage and drain. Add pepper and onion and saute. Add remaining ingredients and fry until done. Place about 2 tablespoons of mixture to each wrapper. Roll and moisten edges to seal. Deep fry in very hot grease about 1 minute until golden brown.
