EGG ROLLS 
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 diced carrot
1 diced potato
1/2 lb. shredded string beans
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. bean sprouts
Soy sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg roll wrappers

Saute garlic and onions in oil until soft (but not brown). Add and brown beef and seasonings. Add vegetables and cook, over low heat, until crisp tender (not soft). Place 2 tablespoons in each wrapper, fold over and seal by moistening edges, with a paste of flour and water. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned. Serve with sauce.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
