TEXAS PECAN PIE 
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. dark rum
1 c. shelled pecans

Beat eggs lightly. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, salt and butter. Mix well. Stir in rum and pecans. Pour into shell. Bake until golden brown at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
