MISTOSHA (VEGAN BANANA BREAD) 
4 over-ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. apple jelly
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 to 3 tsp. Chocolate fudge shell coating (Smucker's "Magic" in ice cream section)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

Mash bananas and add sugar. Add apple jelly and peanut butter - blend. Add flour and oil and blend well. Let sit for a few minutes. Add chocolate fudge, to taste. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes.
