6 c. sliced, pared, tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
Streusel Topping

Mix apples and spices. Spread in greased 10" x 1 1/2" pie plate. Beat next 5 ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or on high 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with Streusel.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Mix until crumbly. Bake at 325 degrees until set.
