1 box butter recipe cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin orange slices, undrained

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Bake in 3 round cake pans at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix all ingredients and spread on cake. If frosting is too stiff, you may add a few drops of the reserved pineapple juice. Keep refrigerated.
