1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding

Mix these 2 ingredients together. Add:

4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1 1/2 c. oil

Mix well, cook in layer or tube pan at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

3 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple; mix ingredients together and spread on cool cake.
