PEA PICKING CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Sm. can mandarin oranges (not drained)

FROSTING:

1 med. can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
Lg. pkg. vanilla pudding

In large bowl mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges well. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Let cool.

Mix ingredients for frosting and dump on top of cooled cake. Refrigerate overnight.
