1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Blend above ingredients together. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 lg. (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix these ingredients together and frost the cake. May be topped with nuts. Refrigerate for at least 1 day before cutting.
