IRISH COFFEE 
2 tbsp. Irish whiskey
1 tbsp. Maxwell House instant coffee
2 tsp. brown sugar or granulated sugar
2/3 c. cold water
Thawed Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping

Mix together whiskey, instant coffee and sugar in 7 ounce coffee mug. Bring water to boil. Gradually add boiling water, filling cup about 2/3 full, stirring until coffee and sugar are dissolved. Dollop with whipped topping. 1 3/4 cup serving. Prep time: 5 minutes.

VARIATION: Substitute coffee mug for pre-warmed 7 ounce goblet or stemmed coffee cup.
