3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 stick butter, soft

Mix thoroughly and scrape 1/4 teaspoonfuls into boiling soup. They cook immediately.
