CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
2 breasts
4 legs
4 thighs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
5 c. flour
5 eggs, scrambled
Salt, if desired
Pepper

Put chicken in a skillet, fry in a little oil and paprika for 4 minutes. In a pot, add chicken and water. The water at least 3 inches above chicken. Then add cream of chicken soup, cook until done. Mix sour cream and cornstarch when it cools down. Then add sour cream and cornstarch to chicken. Make sure it is mixed with warm broth.

In a pot filled with water, boil the water. Then add flour, eggs, salt, pepper until this forms a soft dough. Drop dough in by teaspoons in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until dumplings are rising to the top.

Then serve the dumplings on top of chicken and to top that, pour on some broth.
