CHOCOLATE RUM BALLS | |
12 oz. pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 3 tbsp. light corn syrup 1/2 c. rum 1 c. confectioners' sugar Combine crushed wafers, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, cocoa and nuts. Blend in corn syrup and rum. Shape in 1 inch balls, roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in airtight container for a few days to develop flavor. Before serving, roll in confectioners' sugar. |
