CHEESE BALL 
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
1 jar chipped dried beef (8 oz.)
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz.) shredded
8 to 10 fresh green onions, tops included
Chopped nuts

Cut dried beef into small pieces. Cut fresh onions into small pieces. Mix the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until smooth. Add chipped beef and onions and mix well. Mixture should be smooth at this point. Shape into a ball and roll with desired nuts. Refrigerate.
