POULET D'ARTICHOKES 
2 pkgs. frozen artichokes
3 c. cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Sliced water chestnuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry
1 1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook artichokes and drain. Arrange in a greased baking dish, 8"x8". Spread chicken on top. Combine rest (except bread crumbs). Pour on chicken. Sprinkle on cheese. Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
