PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin pie filling
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Place all cake ingredients in a bowl. Mix with beater until combined. Pour batter into an ungreased 11 x 17 x 1 inch jelly roll pan or sheet cake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cake cool in pan.

Beat frosting ingredients until mixed. Spread on cooled cake. Cut into bars.
