PUMPKIN BARS 
BARS:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each ginger, ground cloves, and nutmeg or 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

FROSTING:

1 (16 oz.) _ pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick plus 1 tsp. butter
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet or large cake pan. Mix bar ingredients on medium until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set and golden brown. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and butter. Add in powdered sugar to desired consistency. Frost bars when cooled completely.
