PUMPKIN BARS 
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix oil, eggs, sugar and pumpkin in large bowl. Sift and add flour, salt, ground cloves, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and ginger. Mix well and pour into greased and floured pan, 17 x 11 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. cream or milk
4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and milk together until soft. Add powdered sugar until consistency to spread. Frost over cooled pumpkin bars.
