PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice

FROSTING:

3/4 stick soft butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Add to pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. May add 1 cup raisins and 1/2 cup nuts to batter, if desired.

Great with Cream Cheese Frosting! Beat all ingredients and frost cooled bars.
